Work Hours

Our Deed Restrictions state that “No construction activity shall be done by contractors on Sundays. Construction activities on other days may not begin before 7:00 AM and must end by 7:00 PM.”  In addition, Board policy states that no construction or landscaping activities are permitted by contractors on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.

Board policy defines ‘contractors’ who are subject to the construction work-hour restrictions as: ALL contractors, including all sub-contractors, landscape contractors, etc.  Board policy also precludes home/lot owners from doing noisy construction-type activities themselves outside of the approved construction work hours, as this creates a nuisance in the community.

No Commercial Trucks on Bridge

The gross limit of our wooden bridge is 5,000 lbs. All commercial trucks and vehicles, including delivery drivers, lawn care companies, etc. must avoid crossing the bridge and drive around instead.

Contractor/Supplier Signage

Permission must be obtained from the Kings Creek HOA Board before any signs, notices, or advertising may be erected, used, or permitted on any lots within the community.
